The Gigwalk staff are great folks and if you have any additional questions they are terrific about answering them. Press the “Help” button if needed and their contact info will pop up.
When uploading your gig, if you run into a problem with the cellular network feel free to toggle the “Airplane Mode” button a few times to re-scan for a better signal. As a last resort, you can reboot your phone. The Gigwalk app is remarkably resilient and you won’t lose any of your data should you need to reboot. It will just pick up where you left off once you restart your upload. Just remember, you need to be close to the gig in order to upload. The app knows where you are and will only allow you to work in proximity to the gigs
You can also search for open WiFi connections near the gig which can help you upload faster. All Starbucks stores now have free WiFi, so keep your eyes peeled for one while you are gigging. Just make sure to toggle your WiFi button to “Off” between gigs in order to save battery power and to prevent your phone from getting confused!
